1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsightQRy ("the Service"), operated at insightqry.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsightQRy is a platform that allows users to upload documents and create AI-powered assistants accessible via QR codes. Visitors can scan these QR codes and chat with the AI assistant without needing an account or installing an application.

3. Account Registration

To create AI assistants, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InsightQRy to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing, or misleading content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to InsightQRy. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., text extraction, vector embedding, AI response generation).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share the content you provide. We do not review uploaded content for legality or accuracy.

6. AI-Generated Responses

AI assistant responses are generated automatically based on the content you upload. Responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. InsightQRy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information provided by your assistants.

7. Service Limits

• Each assistant has a default credit (message) allowance
• Maximum 10 documents per assistant, 20 MB per file, 100 MB total per assistant
• Custom chat URLs can only be changed once per assistant

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. We will notify users of material changes.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep InsightQRy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data (documents, assistants, chat history) will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightQRy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsightQRy, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The InsightQRy name, logo, and all associated branding, software, and design are the property of InsightQRy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which InsightQRy operates.
